Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking French-speaking professionals to join our team and support customer satisfaction through advanced problem resolution and data analysis. Our team values proactive identification of service improvements, fostering a supportive environment for both customers and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure resolution of complex and high-priority customer issues by coordinating with internal teams for timely solutions.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor and evaluate agent performance, and prepare detailed reports to promote data-informed decision-making and coaching.
  • Develop and implement advanced troubleshooting procedures for challenging technical problems to support efficient and effective resolutions.
  • Guide junior team members and execute training programs to enhance skills in handling complex service issues and advanced product features.

Required:

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, customer support, or equivalent; 3-5 years preferred.
  • Fluency in French is required for supporting French-speaking customers.
  • Experience with data analysis & interpretation, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, CRM software, Microsoft Office, data entry, documentation, escalation management, and technical support.
