Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven Scoping and Project Development Manager to join our dynamic team. Our team is focused on shaping the inception and progression of projects, emphasizing scoping and development to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide consistent updates on project progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring continuous improvement throughout project lifecycle.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction/project management, or facilities management.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in project development and design management.
- Expert knowledge of civil/site work and building systems.
- Strong proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
