Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to guide delivery and high standards of testing efforts for a critical automation solutions group. Our team depends on leaders who promote best practices in testing methodologies and cross-functional collaboration within the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead automated scripting and testing processes, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to understand user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support the completion of agile ceremonies.
  • Document test cases, approaches, and outcomes, maintaining alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA and support performance and negative testing initiatives to enhance system functionality and reliability.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7-10 years of automated scripting and testing experience, including knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with agile ceremonies and experience using documentation tools and JIRA.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance and negative testing; skills with Automation Anywhere are essential. Knowledge of Python and Java is a plus.
