Job Title: HVAC/R Field Supervisor
Location: Columbus, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert technical leadership and support for building maintenance operations. Our team relies on this position to deliver hands-on guidance, ensure facility quality, and support technician development across multiple client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical guidance and troubleshooting for HVAC/R systems within assigned facilities.
- Train and onboard new technicians in maintenance procedures and company policies.
- Conduct weekly on-site quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Manage refrigerant inventory and usage documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.
Required:
- Minimum six years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering and HVAC/R systems.
- Valid driver’s license to support travel between client sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with Corrigo facility management system.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor, train, and support technical staff.
