Job Title: Data Scientist
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking an industry expert to lead the development of measurement frameworks for enterprise solutions within our team. Our focus is on enabling end-to-end data science initiatives through advanced statistical and causal inference techniques in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement measurement frameworks for production solutions using statistical and causal methods.
- Develop and analyze controlled experiments and observational studies to evaluate enterprise impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and appropriate measurement strategies.
- Write clean, reproducible code for statistical analysis and reporting aligned with CI/CD principles and manage repositories on GitHub Enterprise.
Required:
- Strong knowledge of hypothesis testing, ordinary least squares (OLS), generalized linear models (GLM), and causal inference techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience with libraries such as statsmodels, scikit-learn, DoWhy, and linearmodels.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental design, and familiarity with enterprise cloud environments like Databricks.
- Self-starter mindset with demonstrated ownership and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
