Job Summary: We are dedicated to advancing consumer products and driving long-term value through innovative hardlines development. Our team focuses on transforming popular titles into engaging merchandise, interactive games, and experiences that build lasting brand strength.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the creative extension of titles into hardlines consumer products, from concept through production.
- Lead product trends, strategies, and design across various categories, including toys and collectibles.
- Manage product development processes from vision to retail launch, ensuring global alignment and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with licensees, brands, and retailers to effectively merchandise Netflix titles.
Required:
- Minimum 6+ years in hardlines consumer products design and development.
- Extensive experience across multi-category segments, focusing on toys and electronics.
- Proven capability in trend analysis and innovative product development.
- Experience in adult and kids collectibles, with emphasis on pre-school property toy development.
