Job Title: Employee Development Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional who thrives in an instructional and coaching capacity, supporting organizational learning and development within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of learning requirements, establish learning objectives, and deliver customized content to maximize training outcomes.
- Facilitate group and individual coaching sessions, monitor student progress, and provide performance feedback to reinforce skill development.
- Perform as an instructor in specialized content areas, utilizing various delivery methods to transfer knowledge effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Ensure all training activities and materials comply with industry regulations, organizational standards, and emphasize safety procedures throughout all instructional sessions.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations or manufacturing support environments, with a strong foundation in related procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, employee instruction, or workforce development, supported by at least 3 years in such capacities.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing leadership development curriculum, working with detailed work instructions, or interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree with at least 6 years' relevant work, or an equivalent combination such as a master’s degree plus 4 years or 10 years’ related experience overall.
