Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Location: Renton, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We seek a dedicated professional to deliver impactful training within a specialized aerospace environment. Our team values a skilled individual who can facilitate learning, coach others, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish effective learning objectives.
- Facilitate training events using diverse delivery methods and techniques tailored to aerospace content areas.
- Perform individual and group assessments, recommending process and performance improvements as needed.
- Deliver coaching sessions and Train-the-Trainer sessions to improve overall performance and qualify additional instructors.
Required:
- Advanced education such as a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree plus 4 years, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and coach in specialized content areas such as electrical, structural, quality, or systems within aerospace.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and standards to ensure courseware compliance with commercial, government, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Experience maintaining positive learning environments and addressing classroom behaviors according to policies.
