Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: San Diego, California (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Angular while adhering to software design principles.
- Build secure APIs with GraphQL and integrate RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging within event-driven systems.
- Implement microservices architecture and lead development, testing, and deployment of applications on AWS, utilizing EKS, RDS, and other managed services.
- Develop and document software in compliance with regulated industry standards, including medical device frameworks such as IEC 62304.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including full-stack development with Java (Spring Boot), JavaScript, and Angular.
- Proven experience with microservices architectures, distributed systems, AWS technologies (including Kubernetes/EKS), GraphQL, and RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and software as a medical device development; related certifications and healthcare data integration experience are preferred.
