Job Title: Supply Planner
Location: Ontario, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking professionals to join our team providing critical support to supply chain planning operations. Our team thrives by promoting optimal product availability, efficient inventory levels, and strong cross-functional collaboration across commercial, manufacturing, and supplier partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply planning activities and build reliable partnerships with commercial teams, business groups, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Maintain master data in SAP and JDA/BlueYonder systems and support phase in/phase out planning and the monthly S&OP Supply Review process.
- Plan, control, and maintain short-term Master Production Schedules (MPS), ensuring alignment with operational capacity and customer demand.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring supply chain performance indicators and supporting automation initiatives for manual PO workflows.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in supply and production planning, with exposure to S&OP, MPS, PDLM, and production processes.
- Proficiency in SAP for MPS, MRP, routing, production scheduling, as well as experience with JDA/BlueYonder for rule-based planning.
- Demonstrated skills in Excel, data visualization, scenario planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration across business units.
