Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on projects from start to finish, both independently and with a team.
- Engineer solutions for remanufacturing and repairing industrial motors and generators.
- Enhance performance of three-phase and DC windings and electromagnetic designs.
- Support design improvements for reliability and sustainability beyond OEM standards.
- Analyze insulation systems and core components for repair or replacement strategies.
- Provide technical support across engineering, repair, and field service teams.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering with electrical experience considered.
- 2+ years in AC and DC electric motor engineering; strong entry-level candidates welcome.
- Familiarity with motor repair and remanufacturing practices.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with CAD software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of IEEE, UL, NEMA standards is a plus.
