Job Title: Full-Stack Software Engineer
Location: Tampa, Florida (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions across multiple projects.
- Ensure technical advocacy and code integrity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with business and customer objectives.
- Drive a customer-centric approach focused on rapidly delivering lean, scalable solutions based on real feedback and iterative improvement.
- Engage consistently with stakeholders and team members to foster a collaborative environment and support shared goals.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in software engineering utilizing multiple languages and frameworks including Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, C#, .NET Core, Java, Golang, SQL/NoSQL.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions using Azure cloud-native tools such as FaaS, PaaS, and micro-services.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in environments utilizing XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, ADO, GitHub, and SonarQube.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred but not required. Preference given to those with AI/ML or GenAI experience.
