Job Summary: Our team is seeking a driven and experienced professional to bolster our scientific endeavors within the biomolecular sphere. We are committed to enhancing our laboratory's protein production processes, and the role is pivotal in contributing to our fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute production of monoclonal antibody-like molecules using stable CHO expression systems.
- Utilize automation tools to efficiently manage large scale transfections and passage workflows.
- Coordinate closely with upstream and downstream teams to track and support tight production timelines.
- Implement and maintain meticulous documentation of processes using Benchling database systems.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry with 2 years of relevant industry experience or a Master's degree.
- Proven expertise in mammalian cell culture and recombinant protein expression, specifically with CHO or HEK cells.
- Strong proficiency in aseptic techniques and practical laboratory practices.
- Ability to quickly adapt and contribute to dynamic production pipelines in fast-paced environments.
