Job Title: Fixture Development Specialist
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to support our team’s fixture development efforts for multiple brands. Our team values organizational efficiency and clear communication to ensure the successful implementation of new projects and prototypes within retail locations.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of new fixtures, managing departmental tasks and projects that require high complexity.
- Monitor prototype manufacturing and delivery timelines, maintaining communication with suppliers and project management teams regarding project deliverables.
- Create, edit, and troubleshoot purchase orders and invoices in Oracle; track project budgets and status through documentation and reports.
- Review technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and site photos; execute physical reviews of prototypes to ensure quality and compatibility.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years of project management experience; bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred (5+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- 3-5 years of knowledge or experience within retail fixtures, planning, and the construction industry.
- 3-5 years in manufacturing, purchasing, forecasting import items, and logistics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, MS Office, Teams; experience using Lucernex, Oracle, Photoshop, and Autodesk desirable.
