Job Title: Product Support Engineer
Location: Seal Beach, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We seek a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team, focusing on the creation and maintenance of critical flight crew operation documentation. Our team values precision and efficiency, making this role significant in delivering high-quality flight operations manuals and handbooks.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze engineering data related to flight crew operations procedures, operations manuals, and checklists.
- Design and develop flight operations data and documents.
- Evaluate detailed engineering information, drawings, and supplier data to integrate into engineering and operational data packages for flight crews.
- Create tools and processes to gain efficiencies related to FCOM and QRH production.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification, or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
- Technical writing and documentation experience.
- Experience in an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry. ABET accreditation is preferred.
- Ability to convert engineering data into flight operations data used by flight crews.
