Job Title: Pega Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Job Summary: Our team is seeking a driven professional who will serve as a functional leader supporting marketing initiatives within a full stack agile environment. We focus on delivering both new development and production support with a commitment to excellence and collaboration across technical specialties.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with an agile crew of Java, ETL, and Mainframe developers to deliver robust solutions.
  • Build and maintain Pega rulesets, strategies, treatments, and offers/actions in close partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Support new development and provide production support as needed, participating actively in Agile ceremonies and stand-up meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Pega issues using tools including Clipboard, Tracer, Log review, Performance Analyzer, and Pega Diagnostic Center.

Required:

  • 7–10 years’ experience in hands-on Pega development and cloud solutions, including experience with Pega Cloud Customer Decision Hub (Infinity 24+ preferred).
  • Proven skills in CDH data integration via Connect-Rest, Connect-SOAP, Data Pages, and Data Flows.
  • Expertise in managing Pega Agents, Activities, Job Schedulers, installations, migrations, upgrades, and patching.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
