Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, focusing on developing and supporting key applications on the Salesforce platform. Our team values innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and seamless system integrations within a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Develop reusable software modules/components with a focus on code refactoring and process improvement for optimized performance.
- Collaborate in all scrum ceremonies, contributing solutions and best practices to advance team objectives.
- Analyze business requirements and propose effective implementation plans, ensuring quality engineering design and coding frameworks.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience preferred with the Salesforce platform, including application design and software development.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce core principles, OOP, data security, object modeling, sharing model, Apex code and security, Lightning development, and administrative low code functions (validation rules, process flows).
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in continuous improvement of development practices; preferred certifications include Salesforce Admin, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce PD ½, and JavaScript Developer 1.
