Job Title: Design and Analysis Engineer
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a highly skilled Design and Analysis Engineer to support the full product lifecycle. We focus on crafting innovative solutions that meet strategic business needs, ensuring systems are robust and cutting-edge.
Responsibilities:
- Support the entire product lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, systems design, lab design/specification, integration testing, flight tests, and technical sub-contractor management.
- Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Design hardware, software, and interface specifications, ensuring operational and functional requirements are met.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in hardware and LRU development, testing, and qualification.
- Knowledge in subsystem design, requirement allocation, and technical supplier management.
- Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills across systems, hardware, and software architecture.
- Practical experience with lab equipment for hardware development, troubleshooting, and data capture.
