Responsibilities:
- Configure production work areas to enhance workflow and transition to high-rate manufacturing effectively.
- Operate material handling and precision tools to uphold top safety and quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement projects to boost safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Maintain organization in work areas in line with 5S principles for operational excellence.
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50lbs and working at heights or confined spaces.
- Expertise in digital tools, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
