Job Title: Lead Product Manager
Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the definition and delivery of customer and resource management technical capabilities. Our team is focused on enhancing user experiences across a robust Salesforce ecosystem, advancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the development and implementation of customer and resource management capabilities spanning Sales Cloud, Field Service, marketing cloud, customer portals, mobile functionality, scheduling, dispatching, and mapping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and streamlined experiences for customers and front-line users.
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives that support strategic business goals and operational improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data, feedback, and best practices to optimize products and processes.
Required:
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- 4+ years delivering in a cross-functional, multi-squad product model.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
