Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage mid-to-large projects, focusing on cost, methodology, and outcomes. Our team is looking for someone who can provide strategic input to organizational objectives and policies while driving project execution and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage activities of large, mid-to-long-term projects with a focus on delivering results efficiently.
- Develop business plans, objectives, and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Engage regularly with senior management as a consultant on critical business issues.
- Implement change management strategies and communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders.
Required:
- 5-7 years of progressive project management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of project governance, change control, and formal approval processes.
- Experience managing projects with procurement and vendor contracting components.
- Ability to apply Agile/Scrum practices within a broader traditional or hybrid project framework.
