Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Los Gatos, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We serve as a strategic engine to unify disparate functions into a single source of truth. Our team is dedicated to stewarding data integrity and accelerating innovation. This role is essential for connecting technology and data to deliver AI-enabled business insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data pipelines for extracting and ingesting data from diverse systems into a data lake.
- Identify, document, and assess data sources from various Enterprise Operations systems and evaluate integration options.
- Clean, normalize, and standardize disparate data formats, harmonizing data models for unified querying and analysis.
- Collaborate with team and cross-functional partners to design and develop dashboards and visualizations, primarily in Tableau.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in common programming/data tools like Python, SQL, Spark, and hands-on experience with cloud data lake environments.
