Job Title: MCS Supply Chain Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated individuals to excel in a Supply Chain Associate role, managing clinical order fulfillment and logistics at a dynamic facility. Our team ensures efficient distribution and compliance within a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of clinical materials in compliance with GMP and SOP guidelines.
- Execute precise inventory and shipment transactions using SAP, maintaining a high-standard of accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with planners to review orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolution of any arising issues.
- Engage in process improvement and safety initiatives, contributing to the ongoing success of operational goals.
Required:
- Knowledge of GMP standards and SOP compliance in clinical supply chain or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in material handling and system operation, including SAP and problem-solving under pressured conditions.
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of industry or military experience, or an associate degree with 6 months of related experience.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
