Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Matthews, NC (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced technician to support the ongoing operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment and systems. Our team values versatility and expertise, ensuring high standards of facility systems performance and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems to maintain compliance with facility standards.
- Travel between multiple facilities to inspect systems and equipment, ensuring operational reliability and compliance.
- Oversee facility services such as preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and coordination with contracted maintenance providers.
- Document equipment readings, perform routine inspections and calibrations, and proactively identify and address potential hazards or needed repairs.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Experience evaluating and troubleshooting commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including root cause analysis and corrective action.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification and a valid driver’s license.
