Job Title: Forecasting Analyst

Job Summary: Our team is seeking an analytical mind to drive workforce plans that shape our daily operations. We excel in forecasting, staffing, and performance analysis, collaborating closely across systems and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement workforce plans, including forecasting and scheduling development.
- Analyze floor operations, providing insights and recommending actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address service challenges and optimize performance.
- Maintain precise documentation and uphold schedule accuracy.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Minimum five years of resource management and business planning experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in contact center workforce management, including forecasting and scheduling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
