Job Title: Project/Product Manager
Location: Irwindale, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to support enterprise-wide safety culture initiatives with significant visibility and impact. Our team focuses on driving strategic safety projects and executing transformation roadmaps to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and execute major safety-related projects and initiatives, developing objectives, strategies, and business cases across the enterprise.
- Drive cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, facilitate collaboration, and report project progress through meetings and presentations.
- Develop and maintain master plans for complex safety culture projects, aligning individual timelines, interdependencies, and communication needs.
- Execute overarching safety culture transformation strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and successful outcomes.
Required:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in managing projects, programs, or contracts, including implementing large-scale programs with major organizational impact.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and coordinate business readiness activities such as stakeholder analysis, change interventions, training, and communications.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven experience in prioritizing tasks, monitoring assignments, and holding team members accountable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Project Management Certification preferred.
