Job Title: Technical Editor II
Location: Columbia, South Carolina (On-site)
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to lead high-impact proposal and documentation projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Their team values attention to detail and strong communication skills that help ensure compliant, clear, and compelling content is delivered across federal, state, and commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and edit proposal content for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with corporate style guides and solicitation requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and cross-functional teams to refine and enhance content.
- Create and maintain proposal and corporate documentation within SharePoint, including formatting and organizational standards.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, English, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing and/or process documentation.
- Strong experience supporting proposal development and response efforts.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visible Thread, and Beyond Compare Pro.
