Job Title: Business Systems Analyst II
Location: Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our team in aligning technology, business operations, and compliance within a healthcare-focused environment. Our team values adaptability and clear communication to meet strict audit standards while driving process improvement and ensuring documentation meets regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Create, maintain, and review departmental processes and procedures to ensure compliance with audit standards.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of IT Business Analysis experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Azure Boards, and ServiceNow.
- Experience creating and maintaining documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
