Job Title: Engineer
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support the exploration, integration, and adoption of AI-enabled assistants within global engineering workflows. Our team is committed to increasing engineering efficiency, shortening design timelines, and reducing costs through practical AI applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve AI-enabled assistants aligned to engineering workflows.
- Implement connections to engineering systems and accelerate their use, building integrations where needed under direction of the Digital EOS function.
- Support development and testing of APIs, connectors, and data access patterns.
- Hold regular AI office hours to accelerate adoption, experimentation, and learning.
Required:
- Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR high school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience.
- 1-2 years in a data engineering role post graduation.
- Awareness of current AI trends, tools, and release timing.
- Strong working understanding of RAG-based systems, with expertise in data ingestion, retrieval quality, and response grounding.
