Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Onsite)
Job Summary: We provide comprehensive support to hourly hiring needs for high-volume distribution centers, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless candidate experience. Our team excels in fast-paced environments, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional talent acquisition support and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding employment brand experience to all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews while supporting multiple recruiters and distribution center locations.
- Draft and issue offer letters, initiate pre-hire background checks, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation.
- Track applicant flow in real time using ATS, maintain candidate pipeline records, and facilitate new hire orientation preparation.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) required.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
