Job Title: Quality Test Specialist
Location: Mesa, Arizona (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Test Specialist to join our team. Our team strives for excellence in quality and innovation, ensuring world-class measurement integrity in advanced manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, validate, and run CMM measurement routines for machined and composite components.
- Perform first-article inspections, in-process inspections, and audit measurements utilizing various measurement tools.
- Review and verify NC/CMM programs for accuracy; serve as an NC/CMM Programming Reviewer.
- Record measurement results, generate inspection reports, and communicate findings for corrective actions.
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in inspections and programming CMMs and other dimensional measurement systems.
- Proficiency in applying GD&T to inspection tasks and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Experience with hand measurement tools and troubleshooting, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work directly on the shop floor.
