Job Title: Product Review Engineer
Location: Moses Lake, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We support high-impact projects that ensure quality, safety, and innovation throughout the product lifecycle. Our team plays a key role in evaluating product and process issues, driving root cause analysis, and maintaining adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering principles to assess and resolve product and process issues, including root cause analysis and developing solutions for design non-conformances.
- Analyze and document technical, operational, and quality issues, communicate deviations, and recommend/manage resolutions as needed.
- Develop and implement product and process improvements, participate in reviews and coordinate with Integrated Product Teams, suppliers, and build partners.
- Design interim structural repairs, conduct static strength analysis, and support on-site repair teams, damage assessments, and accident investigations.
Required:
- Advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (Bachelor or higher) and typically five or more years’ related work experience; or equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD, Master’s plus three years’ related experience).
- Ability to communicate effectively, act decisively, and demonstrate resourcefulness and innovation in a technical setting.
- Capability to work on structure, systems, interiors, exterior decorative finishes, flight squawks, and support delivery activity for relevant aerospace platforms.
- Willingness to support off-shift, weekend, or overtime work as required by program needs; regular and predictable attendance is required.
