Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive delivery and efficiency within multiple Agile teams. Our team values leaders who foster collaboration, support team success, and ensure projects meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for two to three teams to ensure productive and effective collaboration.
- Utilize Jira, Xray, and Confluence to track, manage, and report on ongoing projects and team progress.
- Support teams by removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.
- Promote servant leadership and continuous improvement to help teams deliver high-quality outcomes.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated previous experience in a Scrum Master capacity leading multiple Agile teams.
- Strong technical proficiency with Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
