Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to advise on organizational requirements, ensuring that technology and business objectives are aligned. Our team values strong communication with stakeholders and is dedicated to mitigating risk through robust systems analysis and project support.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for programmers and developers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support decision-making around system implementation.
- Supervise modifications or expansions of systems and train staff on updated processes and programs.
- Perform job observations and interviews to determine information flow and process improvements.
Required:
- Proven experience communicating with vendors and internal service partners.
- Proficiency in extracting both functional and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Development and Project Life Cycle, including Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Technical skills in Python, Informatica ETL, SQL, XSLT, XML, and APIs.
