Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst who excels in transforming business challenges into actionable insights. We aim to enhance supply chain performance and streamline operational efficiency by leveraging expertise in data analysis and strategic communication.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable insights through data storytelling and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to improve supply chain performance and develop decision-making models.
- Monitor and measure business health by deploying success metrics in data visualization tools.
- Support team efforts related to inventory relocation, order book cleanup, and data reporting for operational excellence.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in an analyst role with proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Excel, and Tableau.
- Exceptional communication skills across various platforms and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision as a self-starter.
- Previous experience in supply chain management is highly prioritized; Python coding skills are desirable.
