Job Title: PC Technician
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to support our client’s Technology Solution Center in providing technical field services across local branches. Our team values strong customer service, hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration to deliver consistent and high-quality technical support within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues at branch locations.
- Utilize ticketing systems to manage and document technical service requests and resolution steps.
- Travel to assigned branch locations within territory using a company-provided vehicle for on-site support.
- Engage with end users and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and provide training or troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Required:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to company branch locations as part of the regular work schedule.
- Mandatory completion of Dell (5 hours), Lenovo (6 hours), and HP (10 hours) hardware certifications.
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Experience with computer troubleshooting, ticketing system software, RDP, and basic network knowledge.
