Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: San Francisco, California (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support leadership teams in building sustained performance improvements and effective organizational change capabilities. Our team values strong expertise in strategic planning and change management to drive impactful transformation across workforce and marketing functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate collected results, and summarize findings for review by project teams and senior leaders.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational development, change, or behavioral issues that affect the successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Drive activities and actions that foster culture change and enhance adaptability within workforce teams.
  • Deliver effective communications and develop change plan recommendations based on assessment outcomes.

Required:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience overseeing initiatives focused on organizational and culture change, particularly working with leaders and teams to achieve sustainable improvements.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and change management.
  • Strong communications development and delivery skills.
  • Experience working in or with a marketing organization and familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
