Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: West Chester, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable team member to support the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. Our team values individuals who bring strong technical aptitude and reliable troubleshooting abilities to keep facilities functioning safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R coil cleaning, lighting system upkeep, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Complete minor plumbing repairs and assist with electrical, painting, drywall, floor tile, locksmith work, and special maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Support the operations team in building and equipment maintenance, and provide assistance during after-hours emergencies as needed.
- Document work performed, maintain compliance with safety procedures, and participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs.
Required:
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., work with ladders up to 30 ft, and demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving required.
