Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team, focusing on strategic color design tailored for CORE design. Our team thrives on innovation and specializes in creating long-lasting color palettes for premium consumer footwear lines.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Kids & Core Color & Materials Design team to develop compelling color designs aligned with the brand story.
- Implement strategic color designs that emphasize quality and longevity for our footwear lines.
- Lead design initiatives that incorporate feedback and adapt to evolving market demands.
- Utilize established color lines to offer unique consumer experiences through our product offerings.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in color design for footwear.
- Proficiency in Creative Suite and digital design acumen.
- Strong understanding of CORE consumer dynamics and storytelling.
