Job Title: Digital Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an individual who thrives in a data-driven environment and excels at transforming consumer insights into impactful business strategy. Responsibilities:
- Utilize marketplace data and consumer insights to inform and develop seasonal plans for the business.
- Deliver qualitative and quantitative reporting to internal merchandising teams and cross-functional partners—and lead the management of merchandising KPIs through robust analysis of retail performance.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with Direct Merchants, Marketing, Consumer Planning, and Territory Merchants to curate assortments that meet consumer needs and distinguish product offerings across key cities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain the optimal balance between pull and push markets while representing the voice of consumers in multiple international regions.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising for footwear or similar industries.
- Proficiency in Excel for data reporting and analysis, including expertise in analyzing consumer qualitative and quantitative point-of-sale data.
- Demonstrated ability to create assortments and select products for targeted markets based on consumer trends.
