Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance testing and validate product enhancements for accuracy.
- Set up and configure complex product features and customer online access according to established processes.
- Communicate effectively with both producer and retail customers to resolve inquiries and deliver support solutions.
- Manage multiple responsibilities and shift priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Required:
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and Adobe tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately and completely.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance testing for product enhancements and configuration setup.
- Effective communication skills for customer interaction in a support capacity.
