Job Title: AMS (Application Managed Services) Manager
Location: Foster City, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee application managed services utilizing advanced Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities. Our team is looking for a strategic leader to deliver program management support and drive CRM initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of application managed services with a focus on CRM solutions.
- Drive functional oversight and configuration within Salesforce Service Cloud for enhanced service delivery.
- Coordinate integration initiatives utilizing Mulesoft and other related Salesforce platforms.
- Support IT program management activities to ensure project milestones and stakeholder requirements are achieved.
Required:
- Advanced experience (6-9 years) with Salesforce Service Cloud in a functional capacity.
- Intermediate experience (3-5 years) with program management specifically supporting IT initiatives.
- Intermediate proficiency (3-5 years) with integration tools, including Mulesoft
