Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Bedford, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in a critical manufacturing role focused on ensuring exceptional quality and efficient workflow on the production floor. Responsibilities:
- Conduct meticulous quality inspections in accordance with established instructions and standards, ensuring compliance with all required specifications.
- Report disruptions or deviations in the production process to leadership for rapid response and workflow maintenance.
- Operate and adjust various machinery, tools, and equipment to execute standard and complex production tasks, including calibration for pilot runs as required.
- Maintain detailed records of daily production activities and pilot runs, supporting continuous process analysis and improvement.
Required:
- High School Diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production plant, manufacturing site, or equivalent environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills and interpreting technical drawings and schematics for new product startups.
- Ability to apply and adhere to quality specifications and production standards throughout all stages of the workflow.
