Job Title: Senior Process Development Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team in driving innovative laboratory support and cutting-edge technology development for process and product advancement. Our team actively collaborates across multiple process development functions to ensure efficient development and scalable process understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced analytical support and technology development to impact process and product development teams.
- Conduct laboratory experiments including planning, execution, data analysis, and detailed documentation to support assays and process understanding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficient development and transfer of scalable scientific processes and products.
- Operate specialized laboratory equipment, maintain thorough lab records, follow safety guidelines, and comply with site-specific procedures.
Required:
- Strong analytical background, with demonstrated experience in analytical science.
- Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience.
- Experience with chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques, with knowledge of small molecule/peptide analysis as a plus.
- Ability to maintain complete, accurate documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
