Job Title: Senior Quality Control Associate
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support quality systems and laboratory operations at a GMP-regulated facility. Our team values individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver high standards of technical leadership and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Author and own change control records and deviations within the DQMS Veeva System.
- Lead investigation teams, ensuring collection and reporting of key metrics for the systems team.
- Assist with review and preparation of validation documents supporting equipment and computerized system onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft, revise, and review documents, including SOPs, test methods, and technical reports.
Required:
- Minimum of three years industry experience in a GMP-regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
- Proven experience managing and closing quality records, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Expertise in quality control laboratory operations and technical writing for quality records.
- Demonstrated ability to lead investigations and drive processes to completion with minimal oversight.
