Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and rules.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories for Agile development and testing cycles.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing team collaboration within a technically driven Agile crew.
- Ensure requirements align with platform capabilities and the overall customer communication strategy.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including user story creation, backlog refinement, and collaboration with developers and testers.
- Data mapping experience for adding new tables/fields to systems or passing data between systems.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office; understanding of development, testing, and release cycles.
