Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Systems Engineer to drive the integration and optimization of project plans, schedules, and processes. Our team is dedicated to pioneering solutions that enhance product development and streamline production rates while ensuring cohesive collaboration across diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated plans for complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities.
- Lead risk assessments, planning efforts, and analyze impacts for product development and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate the integration of project plans, schedules, and baseline management processes considered best practice in the industry.
- Direct all project phases from inception to completion, coordinating commitments with stakeholders to fulfill strategies.
Required:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data management using tools like Tableau, Excel, and Access.
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
