Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic thinker to identify and address critical business needs by analyzing processes and guiding technology solutions. Responsibilities:
- Identify business needs of stakeholders and develop solutions for business challenges.
- Design and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and guide the design of technology solutions.
- Present findings and detailed reports to leadership, while ensuring thorough documentation of specifications.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proficient with relevant software and technology solutions, including SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
