Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings focused on future developments and project planning.
- Transform business requirements into clear user stories using Jira.
- Collaborate within a team environment to support Salesforce projects.
- Communicate effectively to bridge business and technical perspectives.
Required:
- Familiarity with Salesforce (1–3 years).
- Experience creating and managing user stories in Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business language.
