Job Title: Senior Engineer
Location: Kennett Square, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead and manage complex projects within an enterprise environment. Our team values technical expertise and innovation in engineering, fostering collaboration and mentoring to drive success in advanced product and systems development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordination of efforts across teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Oversee design, development, and testing of advanced products, systems, or structures.
- Review and approve engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and regulations.
Required:
- 7+ years’ experience with VMware engineering and operations in an enterprise environment; VCF 9 experience is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency with vCenter Aria, NetApp SAN administration, NVMe over FC, NetApp AQUIM administration, Cisco MDS zoning, and CIFS networking fundamentals.
- Bachelor’s degree required; candidates without a degree must have 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience conducting research and development to solve complex engineering challenges and keeping abreast of advancements in engineering technology.
